Today's beef promotion by the Yoshinoya beef bowl chain confirms what I have always believed, that the Japanese consumer enjoys, and still wants to eat U.S. beef.
I extend my appreciation to both the Japanese industry and the Japanese consumer for their continued faith in U.S. beef over this past year, and I hope that their patience will be rewarded with a permanent supply of safe, high quality U.S beef in the near future.
