Registration for "American Studies Conference 2010"

Sept. 15 - With support from the U.S. Embassy, the America-Japan Society will host the second annual "America Studies Conference 2010" for university students on Sept. 24 at the International House of Japan. The conference will feature a keynote address by Stanford University Professor Dr. Shelley Fisher Fishkin, presentations by leading Japanese graduate students on a variety of subjects including diversity studies, politics, and cultural studies in the United States, and discussion sessions led by Dr. Nahum Chandler, Professor Takayuki Tatsumi of Keio University, and Professor Yujin Yaguchi of Tokyo University. Admission is free, but participants must pre-register, as space is limited.
